Since graduating from Providence College, Amy McIsaac built a career in the national and international non-profit sector. She started as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Washington, DC, running the grants department of LIFT, a domestic anti-poverty non-profit. She quickly grew to become the National Director of Development where she was responsible for forming and managing relationships with funding partners, building the development infrastructure to effectively support the organization, and working closely with executive leadership on long-term growth strategies.

In 2012, Amy became the founding Executive Director of 2Seeds Network, an innovative non-profit deploying teams of young people for one year to build sustainable development projects in the most rural and isolated villages in East Africa. After joining the ServiceNation team in 2014 as its Managing Director, Amy was part of the team that built Service Year Alliance’s strategic plan and helped to merge the Franklin Project, ServiceNation, and the Service Year Exchange when it became Service Year Alliance in 2015.

Today, Amy serves as the Managing Director of External Affairs for Service Year Alliance, where she works on strategic partnerships and major external events and opportunities for the organization. Amy lives in New York and travels frequently to Washington, DC.
