As a Regional Field Manager for Service Year Alliance, Stephanie works to engage youth in a year of service nationwide. Prior to joining Service Year Alliance, Stephanie worked at Food & Friends focusing on mobilizing volunteers to deliver meals to critically-ill clients in the DMV. Her commitment to service began in childhood and blossomed when she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in southwest Virginia creating and implementing a Mobile Food Pantry program for the surrounding coal country towns. She enjoys bringing people together in order to address the challenges that arise in their communities.
Stephanie graduated from Allegheny College with a degree in Art History and enjoys exploring new neighborhoods with her dog Lovie, reading western mystery novels, and figuring out how to fix household appliances.
