As the Marketing and Communications Fellow, Hailey manages Service Year's social community and develops new ways to reach young people and inform them about the benefits of a service year.

Hailey served as an AmeriCorps member for the Preservation Alliance of West Virginia under the Clio Foundation, and created projects that promoted education in the Mountain State.

She graduated with a B.A. in history from Marshall University, and is excited to make an impact outside of Appalachia. In her spare time Hailey enjoys writing applications for historical markers, cemetery restoration, scaling mountains, and cuddling her Great Dane, Harper.
